摘要
针对产品服务系统(Product Service System,PSS)方案评价的风险性和不确定性,提出结合累积前景理论的拓展TOPSIS方法对PSS设计方案进行评价。采用区间直觉模糊数获取并表达专家对候选方案的评价信息;将区间直觉模糊相对熵作为距离的度量,将决策矩阵转化为相对于参照点的损益决策矩阵,基于累积前景理论计算每个方案的指标综合前景值;以正理想前景值和负理想前景值为参考点,采用基于相对熵的TOPSIS方法对候选PSS方案进行排序,最后通过一个算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aimed at the risky and uncertainty existing in the process of product service system (PSS) design concepts selection , an extended TOPSIS approach combined with cumulative prospect theory was proposed to evaluate the PSS design concepts . Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set was used to capture and express the evaluation information of alternatives. Relative entropy of interval-valued intuitionistie fuzzy set as a distance measure was used to convert the selection matrix into the profit and loss matrix which related to the reference points. The comprehensive prospect value of each concept was calculated by cumulative prospect theory, then the positive ideal prospect value and the negative ideal prospect value were presented as the reference points, an extended TOPSIS approach based on relative entropy was conducted to rank the PSS design concepts. Finally, a practical example was put forward to validate the performance of the proposed approach,
