摘要
针对花键连续冷冲击成形中装备所受载荷特性,基于碰撞理论、材料力学、疲劳可靠性原理,分析装备的受载情况,提出一种连续冲击成形花键过程中的载荷模拟办法,使载荷时域复现。利用ABAQUS与MATLAB拟合出受冲击工件的载荷谱,考虑冲量因素,分析对比了三种常用模拟波形载荷并选出最佳波形。建立装备关键零部件的力学模型,通过goodman曲线及可靠性理论预估S-N曲线,计算出易损件轴瓦的寿命,并与实验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,利用峰值为26 400 N,波形为类分段正弦波形的载荷计算出轴瓦的理论寿命,与实验测得的使用寿命基本相同,验证了模拟载荷的等效性,为今后装备的设计与实验提供可靠的载荷波形。
For spline continuously cold shock forming equipment load characteristics, based on collision theory, mechanics of materials and fatigue reliability theory, the equipment load has been analyzed and a simulation load modeling is proposed. The work load spectrum is fitted by Using ABAQUS and MATLAB. And considering the factor of impulse, analysis and compare the three kinds of simulated load waveform and then select optimal waveform. To establish the mechanical model of key parts of the equipment, estimate the S-N curve by Goodman curve and reliability theory, to calculate the life of vulnerable parts, bearing, and compared with the experimental results. The comparison of actual bearing life is verified. The results show that using peak to 26400N waveform of pieeewise sinusoidal load to calculate the bearing life theoretically agrees with the experimental test of real life, such a load waveform can provide a reliable load waveform conveniently when we need a simple equipment load.
