石化行业设备大检修绿色开停车措施及效果评价

Measures and Evaluation of "Green Overhaul" in Petrochemical Industry

针对石化行业设备大检修的特点,采取对设备超级清洗、增设除臭冷却、密闭吹扫、氮气置换、瓦斯伴烧等措施,使石化行业设备大检修时各装置的有害物质浓度降至国家职业卫生接触限值以下,实现"嗅觉封闭"即异味少,"听觉封闭"即噪声低,"视觉封闭"即不见"白龙"和黑烟,真正做到"绿色开停车",为今后设备大检修消除异味、杜绝职业危害积累经验。

In view of the equipment overhaul features in petrochemical industry, the measures such as super cleaning, adding deodorization and refrigeration, airtight purging, nitrogen replacement, and exhaust gas burning are taken to reduce the concentration of harmful substances in each equipment down below the limit of GBZ during the equipment overhaul. The measures have achieved the target of low odor, low noise and no smoke, and realized real ＂green＂ shutdown and startup of the equipment, accumulating the experience to eliminate the odor and occupational hazards for the future overhaul.
