介绍了某芳烃联合装置合理利用低温热、降低工艺用能的具体措施。在异构化单元增加C8环烷烃循环塔,实现C8环烷烃在异构化单元内部循环,提高了吸附分离单元进料中PX含量,PX产量增加,经济效益显著。低温热利用项目共节约能耗1 143.96万元/年,增加C8环烷烃循环塔增效662.13万元/年。
The paper introduces the measures to utilize low-temperature heat and reduce energy consumption in an aromatic complex. In isomerization unit, C8 naphthenes circulating tower is added to realize internal circulation of the C8 naphthenes, thus increasing PX content in the feed into adsorption separation unit, which can raise PX output and achieve good economic benefits. The low-temperature heat project can harvest 11.44 million yuan per year from energy-saving, and the C8 naphthenes circulating tower adds another 6.62 million yuan per year.
