摘要
对如何提高石灰石脱硫剂的反应活性开展了实验研究。以CO_2为活化介质,向反应器内石灰石浆液通入CO_2气体进行活化处理,研究活化后对石灰石脱硫剂浆液脱硫效果的影响,并考察了进口气体浓度、料浆浓度、液气比等因素在活化条件下对脱硫效率的影响,证实了石灰石浆液在烟气脱硫中应用的可行性。
This paper describes the experiment on improving the activity of limestone desulfurization sorbent. In an absorber with bubbling bed, limestone slurry is activated by blowing in C02 gas. The limestone slurry desulfurization result after activation is studied, which also takes into accounts the influence factors such as inlet gas concentration, limestone slurry concentration and liquid-gas ratio. The study proves the feasibility of using limestone slurry for flue gas desulfurization.
