介绍了在Unipol工艺条件下,扬子石化二套聚乙烯装置近年来常规基础牌号DJM–1810、DJM–1820、DJL–2520、DJL–2650等产品间互相切换的工艺过程,分析了这些产品的质量指标及主要控制参数,探索了能有效缩短切换时间、减少中间过渡料的工艺操作方法。
The paper introduces the product changes among the regular and basic grades ( DJM-1810, DJM- 1820, DJL-2520 and DJL-2520) under Unipol process condition in Yangzi Petrochemical's second PE unit in recent years. It also analyzes the quality indicators and main control parameters of these products, and explores the ways to effectively reduce the change time and the intermediate transitional materials.
