摘要
开发了以3-(甲基乙氧基磷酰基)-丙酸甲酯盐为起始原料,经缩合、水解合成草铵膦中间体4-(甲基羟基磷酰基)-2-羰基丁酸的新方法,该方法操作简便、总收率达85%,特别适用于工业生产。
New synthesis pathway for glufosinateprecursor was developed. 4-(methyl hydroxyphosphoryl) 2-carbonyl butyric acid was synthesized by using 3-(methylethoxy phosphoryl) - propionate sahas a start material through a serizes reaction. The method was practical, with a total yield of 85%, which was particularly suitable for industrial production.
