摘要 食品中的砷污染是造成食源性疾病的重要原因之一,食品中砷的毒性与其存在形式有关,包括有无机砷和有机砷两种,可导致癌症、神经衰弱等一系列疾病。采用微波消解样品,再联用高灵敏度的原子荧光光谱仪测定大米中总砷含量,方法准确,快速方便。 It is a fact that organic and inorganic arsenic contained in food is one of the important causes of food borne diseases. The toxicity of arsenic depends on its existing forms in food, including inorganic and organic arsenic, which can lead to cancer, neurasthenia and a series of diseases. It was an accurate, fast and convenient method to detect the method to arsenic content in food by digesting the samples with microwave firstly, and then applying the high-sensitivity atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
