摘要
建立了一种对水产品中人工添加的羧甲基纤维素钠定性检测方法。样品经均质制备、热水提取、离心分离后,通过显色反应、焰色反应等方法对羧甲基纤维素钠进行检测。本方法可对人工添加量在4.0 g/kg以上的鱼、虾样品进行羧甲基纤维素钠定性检测。方法操作简单,快速准确,成本低廉,易于推广,可为打击非法添加羧甲基纤维素钠违法行为,维护公平市场秩序和消费者合法权益提供技术支持。
A qualitative method was developed for the determination of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium added in aquatic products. The samples were prepared by homogenization,hot water extraction and centrifugation,color reaction and flame reaction method for detection of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The method can be used for the qualitative determination of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in fish and shrimp samples with the addition of more than 4. 0 g / kg. The method has the advantages of simple operation,fast and accurate,low cost and easy popularization,can provide technical support to combat illegal increase of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium violations,maintain fair market order and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
