铝合金目前已广泛使用在各个领域,本文通过对铝合金表面处理工艺过程及产污节点的分析,梳理了生产过程中酸碱处理时产生的酸雾、酸碱废水、含镍废水、电泳废水、喷涂废水、生活污水、边角铝料、表面处理槽沉渣、各废水处理工序产生的污泥、纯水系统废活性炭和生活垃圾的产生情况和污染防治措施。

Aluminum alloy has been widely used in various fields. Through the analysis of aluminum alloy surface treatment process and production pollution node,the sludge produced in the wastewater treatment process was combed with acid mist,acid- alkali wastewater,nickel- containing wastewater,electrophoretic wastewater, sprayed wastewater,domestic sewage,corners aluminum,surface treatment tank sediment produced in the production process,production situation of waste activated carbon and domestic refuse in pure water system of the pollution prevention and control measures.
