摘要 水资源匮乏是制约我国煤化工发展的重要瓶颈之一。基于现有煤化工污水处理系统的特点对其SBR工艺流程进行改进,采用并联-混合-并联的模式代替单一的并联模式。并根据SBR反应池的运行规律和特点,对其操作工艺参数进行精准控制,从而有效提升了煤化工污水的处理能力和水质净化水平,实现了煤化工污水的达标排放和再循环利用。该技术的运用为我国加快能源结构调整,稳步推进煤化工发展有着十分重要的意义。 The lack of water resources is an important bottleneck restricting of the development of coal chemical industry in China. Based on the characteristics of the existing coal chemical wastewater treatment system,the SBR process was improved,it was using parallel-mixed-parallel mode instead of a single parallel model. According to the operating rules and characteristics of the SBR reaction tank,the operation parameters of the process were precisely controlled,thus effectively improving the coal chemical wastewater treatment capacity and water purification level,and achieving the discharge and recycle of coal chemical wastewater. The application of this technology had a very important significance for our country to speed up the adjustment of energy structure,and it could steadily promote the development of the coal chemical industry.
