民办高校实施转型发展中化工应用型人才培养的探索

Exploration on Training Chemical Engineering Applied Talents Based on the Transformation of Development of Private Colleges

积极探索民办高校实施转型发展中应用型人才的培养是适应经济社会发展的必然,也是贯彻国家教育方针所必需。本文结合转型发展相关精神和要求,调研了地方化工行业发展现状,了解了化工行业人才需求特点,考察了现有人才与企业需求之间的差距,围绕人才培养方案、课程体系设置、校企合作、"双师型"教师队伍建设、学生应用能力培养等方面进行探索与实践,从近四年学生平时在校表现和实习就业情况看,体现出良好效果。

Actively exploring the cultivation of applied talents from the transformation of development of private colleges is not only the adaption of the economic and social development,but also the necessary to implement the national education policy. Combined with transformation of development requirements,the exploration on the local chemical industry development present situation was introduced,and the talent training scheme,curriculum setting,university-enterprise cooperation,＂double division type＂,the construction of the contingent of teachers,the students application ability training,etc,were discussed. From the students＇ school performance at ordinary times,practice and employment,the result showed good.
