危险化学品泄漏事故应急处置关键技术探析

Discussion on Key Technologies of Emergency Disposal of Dangerous Chemicals Leakage Accident

最近几年,危险化学品在生产、经营、运输以及使用等过程中时常发生泄漏事故,直接对人民的生命财产安全以及生态环境造成威胁,甚至影响社会的稳定。因此,为了降低事故带来的影响,就应该采取相应的技术来处置危险化学品泄漏事故。本文在简要分析危险化学品泄漏处置原则,分析危险化学品泄漏的特点及相关的原因的基础上,从氯气和氰化物泄露事故两类危险化学品泄露处置上提供具体的技术方法,为广大消防官兵处置好危险化学品事故提供一些借鉴的可能。

In recent years,dangerous chemicals occur in the production,operation,transportation and use in the process of frequent accident,it is a threat directly to people＇s lives and property safety and ecological environment,and even affects the social stability. Therefore,in order to reduce the impact of accidents,it should take appropriate technology to deal with hazardous chemicals leakage accident. The principle of leakage disposal of hazardous chemicals was briefly analyzed by analyzing the characteristics of the leakage of dangerous chemicals and related causes,to provide the specific techniques from chlorine and cyanide leakage accident of two kinds of hazardous chemicals leakage disposal and some references for the disposal of the fire officers and soldiers to handle accidents of dangerous chemicals well.
