摘要
针对某地高速路用的天然玄武岩的尾矿砂得不到处理而堆积如山的情况,利用玄武岩尾矿砂沸腾炉渣、石灰石制备P.C32.5R等级复合水泥进行试验。主要对玄武岩、炉渣、石灰石的化学成份进行分析。通过单掺、双掺、三掺的试验,研究玄武岩、炉渣、石灰石对水泥的强度、需水量、凝结时间、流动度和安定性的影响,并对其机理进行分析讨论。
In respect of the tailing sand pile-up of the natural basalt applied in the local highway and no treatment, tests are conducted to produce grade P.C32.SR composite cement by using the basalt tailing boiling slag and limestone. The chemical composition of basalt, slag and limestone are analyzed. The influence on the strength, water demand, setting time, fluidity and stability of the cement are researched by single doping, double doping, triple doping of basalt, slag and limestone, and the mechanism are also discussed.
