摘要
文章研究填料、促进剂、偶联剂和稀释剂对环氧树脂性能的影响。实验结果表明,加入石英砂填料,树脂的抗压强度增大,拉伸强度逐渐减小;随着DMP30的增加,树脂的力学强度先增加后减小,其掺量在6%左右时,其力学性能达到最佳效果;加入偶联剂可以提高树脂的力学性能;随着稀释剂掺量增大,树脂的力学性能先增大后减小,当掺量在15%左右时,其力学性能达到最佳值。
In this paper, the influence of fillers, accelerators, coupling agents and diluents on the performance of the epoxy resin are researched. The experimental result shows that, after adding the quartz sand filler, the compressive strength of resin increases, and tensile strength gradually reduces. With the increase of DMP30, the mechanical strength of the resin increases first and then decreases. When the dosage is about 6%, the mechanical properties are the best. Adding coupling agent can improve the mechanical properties of the resin. With the addition of diluent, the mechanical properties of the resin increase first and then decrease. When the dosage is about 15%, the mechanical properties reach the best.
