中老年人下睑眼袋处理中个性化手术的应用效果

Application effect of individualized surgery in the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoptosis of middle aged and old people

目的:探讨个性化修复手术在中老年人下睑眼袋处理的应用效果。方法:选择160例中老年人下睑眼袋修复手术的患者作为研究对象,按照患者意愿选择皮瓣法、肌瓣法、皮瓣+肌瓣法、结膜入路法4种个性化修复术,收集所有患者临床资料并回顾性分析不同修复术的临床效果。结果:皮瓣法修复患者效果满意度为86.27%(44/51),肌瓣法为89.19%(33/37),皮瓣+肌瓣法为90.48%(38/42),结膜入路法为80.00%(24/30),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中老年下睑眼袋个性化修复要依据眼袋的特点进行,降低不良事件的发生。

Objective：To explore the application effect of individualized repair surgery in the treatment of lower eyelid blepharoptosis of middle aged and old people. Methods： 160 cases of patients receiving surgery to repair lower eyelid blepharoptosis were selected as the research objects.The four methods of individualized surgery,the method of skin flap,muscle flap,skin and muscle flap and conjunctival approach,were selected in accordance with the wishes of the patients. The clinical data were collected and the effects of different prostheses were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The satisfaction rate of skin flap effect was 86. 27 %（44 /51）,the rate of muscle flap was 94. 59 %（35 /37）,the rate of skin and muscle flap was 90. 48 %（38 /42）,the rate of conjunctival approach method was 80 %（ 24 /30）. There were no significant differences between the groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The individualized surgery should be selected according to the characteristics of lower eyelid blepharoptosis of middle aged and old people to reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
