增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切割联合硅油注入治疗的术后护理效果

Postoperative nursing effect of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil injection in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨玻璃体切割联合硅油注入治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)的术后护理方法与效果。方法:收集2013年1月至2015年1月接受玻璃体切割联合硅油注入治疗的PDR患者46例,根据患者的病情、临床特点、术后及相关治疗要求提出并实施术后严密护理干预措施。结果:术后48眼(85.71%)视网膜完全解剖复位,8眼(14.29%)未完全复位;42眼(75.00%)视力较术前改善,14眼(25.00%)视力无明显变化;术眼疼痛率为17.86%,术后未发生视网膜脱离、玻璃体大量积血等严重并发症。结论:玻璃体切割联合硅油注入治疗PDR具有良好疗效,术后配合严密护理干预能够降低并发症发生率,促进视力的恢复并减轻术后疼痛。

Objective：To explore the postoperative care method and effect of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil injection in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy（ PDR）. Methods： 46 cases of PDR patients treated with vitrectomy combined with silicone oil injection from January 2013 to January 2015 in Xiaolan People＇s Hospital were collected and treated with strict nursing intervention measures according to the patient＇s condition,clinical characteristics,postoperative and related treatment requirements. Results： After operation,complete retinal anatomic reattachment were 48 eyes（85. 71 %）,and 8 eyes（14. 29 %） were not completely reset; visual acuity improved in 42 eyes（75 %）,and 14 eyes（25 %） had no obvious change; postoperative pain rate was 17. 86 % and there were no serious postoperative complications such as retinal detachment and vitreous body hemorrhage. Conclusion： Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil injection in the treatment of PDR has good curative effect,and strict postoperative nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of visual acuity and reduce postoperative pain.
