妊高征循证护理对患者血压水平及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of evidence- based nursing on the blood pressure level and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的:探讨妊高征循证护理对患者血压水平和妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择妊高征患者166例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各83例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予循证护理,观察两组患者血压水平和妊娠结局。结果:干预后两组患者血压均降低,其中观察组患者降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05),观察组各种不良妊娠结局指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能有效地降低妊高征产妇的血压,降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,可推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of evidence- based nursing on the blood pressure and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods： 166 cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,83 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care and those in research group received evidence- based nursing intervention. The blood pressure levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results：The blood pressure of the two groups reduced after the intervention,and the decreased degree in research group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The indexes of adverse pregnancy outcomes in research group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Evidence- based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which can be widely used.
