胃息肉患者行内镜下黏膜切除术综合护理效果研究

Comprehensive nursing effect of endoscopic mucosal resection for patients with gastric polyps

目的:探讨内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃息肉患者的临床综合护理效果。方法:对2012年6月至2015年6月深圳市福永人民医院收治的96例胃息肉患者临床资料进行回顾分析,所有患者均实施内镜黏膜切除术,并实施综合护理,总结患者临床护理措施及护理效果。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,且术后未出现严重并发症,无病例转外科手术治疗;通过满意度调查,患者护理满意度达到100%。结论:对于胃息肉内镜黏膜切除术患者实施系统、综合的临床护理,能确保手术顺利完成,且可有效预防术后并发症的发生,提高临床护理满意度,具有重要的临床推广和应用价值。

Objective：To explore the nursing effect of endoscopic mucosal resection for patients with gastric polyps. Methods：Clinical data of96 patients with gastric polyps admitted in Fuyong People＇s Hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent endoscopic mucosal resection and comprehensive nursing. Clinical nursing measures and nursing effect were summarized. Results： The patients were successfully completed the operation,and no serious complications occurred after surgery,with no case of surgical treatment; the satisfaction degree for nursing care reached 100 %. Conclusion：The systematic and comprehensive clinical nursing for patients with gastric polyp endoscopic mucosal resection can ensure the successful completion of the operation,effectively prevent the postoperative complications and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction. It has important clinical popularization and application value.
