Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） with Comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary has comprehensively and systematically developed and innovated the party＇s ethnic theory and policy, forming a series of innovative ideas and discussions full of features of times, which have been highly valued and actively studied by the ethnic work departments and scholars.
