Delphi法在医院药事管理工作评价指标体系设计中的应用

Application of Delphi method in the design of evaluation index system of hospital pharmacy administration

目的:探讨Delphi法在医院药事管理工作评价指标体系设计中的应用,以及科学建立医院药事管理质量评价指标体系的方法。方法:采取单向匿名的方式,经过几轮函询征求专家的意见,对每轮所征得的意见汇总整理,经过整理后作为参考资料又以函询的方式征求专家意见,最终得到较为一致的意见。结果:建立药物管理工作评价指标体系分为一级3个指标,分别是:药品质量保证体系下设7个二级指标、合理用药促进体系下设9个二级指标、药学服务展开体系下设6个指标,共22个二级指标;合理用药评价体系下的二级指标处方指标和住院抗菌药物用药指标分别下设5个和11个三级指标。结论:设计医院药事管理工作评价指标体系,Delphi法是一种系统、综合、可靠、客观的方法,可以筛选评价指标和确定其权重,是较为理想的方法。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application of Delphi method in the design of hospital pharmacy management evalua- tion index system, and the establishment of a scientific method for hospital pharmacy management quality evaluation index sys- tem. METHODS An anonymous way was taken to carry out multiple rounds of consultations, which were summarized as the reference to solicit suggestions from expert groups, finally a relatively consistent opinion would be obtained. RESULTS Drug management evaluation index system was divided into a level of 3 index, respectively including the drug quality assurance sys- tem of 7 secondary indexes, rational medication promotion system of 9 secondary indexes, pharmacy service expansion system of 6 indexes, totally including 22 secondary indexes. Under rational medication evaluation system, two secondary indexes, i. e. , prescription indexes and antibiotics indexes in hospital were composed of 5 and 11 tertiary indexes. CONCLUSION Delphi method is a systematic, comprehensive, reliable and objective method to design the pharmacy administration evaluation index system, and a relatively ideal method to screen evaluation indexes and determine their weights.
