总结邓铁涛临床运用中药代品的经验。中药代品应用包括珍稀或稀缺药材之代用;"简、便、验"岭南道地药材之代用;性味功效类同,安全有效或减毒不减效之代用;性味功效类同,廉价药品之代用;一味代一方之代用。并介绍中药代品在冠心病、重症肌无力及其他内科疾病中的应用。

The authors summarize DENG Tietao＇s experience in using Chinese medicine substitutes in clinic. The application of Chinese medicine substitutes includes using the substitutes for valuable and rare medicinal materials,the substitutes for ＂simple,convenient,effective＂genuine medicinal materials from Lingnan area（ including Guangdong and Guangxi）; the substitutes with similar nature,flavor and efficacy,but safe or less toxic,substitutes with similar nature and flavor but cheap,and one drug as a substitute for one formula. The authors also introduce the application of substitutes in the treatment of coronary heart disease,myasthenia gravis and other internal diseases.
