摘要
对准19 mm实心硬质合金(YG6C)/钢(16Mn)复合螺柱在16Mn低合金高强钢上的螺柱焊横焊工艺进行了研究。通过焊接接头外观成形检测、光学显微观察、硬度测量等方法研究了焊接电流和焊接时间对接头外观成形和组织性能的影响。结果表明,焊接电流和焊接时间对接头外观成形及组织性能有显著影响。当焊接电流为1850 A、焊接时间为0.9 s时,接头外观成形美观,复合螺柱焊脚沿螺柱周向分布较为均匀,焊脚包络连续饱满,对复合螺柱的外部加强作用充分,焊缝截面中无气孔等缺陷的生成。
The horizontal position stud welding process of the solid compound stud with diameter of 19 mm of hard alloy YG6C and 16Mn steel on 16Mn steel was studied. The effects of welding current and welding time on the appearance forming and the microstructure of the joints were studied by the joint appearance forming detection, optical microscopic, and hardness measurement. The results indicate that the influences of the welding current and the welding time on the appearance forming and the microstructure of the joints are obvious. When the welding current is 1850 A and the welding time is 0.9 s, the joint appearance forming is perfect and the fillet weld leg is distributed evenly along the circumferential direction outside the root segment of stud, Besides, the envelope of the fillet weld leg is continuous and full, the effects of outside reinforce on compound stud is obvious. No pores occur in the weld cross section.
