摘要 呋喃树脂自硬砂型铸造工艺对环境影响大、加工成本高。本文以GK-V800立式数控机床立柱部件为研究对象,研究了立柱部件负压干砂消失模铸造工艺,设计了阶梯式浇注系统及工艺参数。通过Procast数值模拟软件对工艺进行模拟仿真,发现原设计中的不足,并对浇注系统、工艺方案及铸件结构进行优化,最终确定在1380℃的浇注温度下,采用方案2浇注系统进行消失模铸造。 The furan resin sand casting process has great impact on the environment, and the processing cost is high. Taking GK - V800 vertical CNC machine pillar component as the research object, the negative pressure dry sand evaporative pattern casting process of pillar part was studied, the step gating system and process parameters were designed. The process was simulated by Procast numerical simulation sottware, and the defects of original design were found.The pouring system, process scheme and the casting structure were optimized. Finally the pouring temperature of 1380℃ and the evaporative pattern casting with scheme 2 gating system were detemined.
