不锈钢内齿圈的锻造工艺优化 被引量:5

摘要 采用不同的模具预热温度、锻压温度和锻压速度对X10Cr Ni Mo Ti18-12不锈钢内齿圈进行了锻压试验,并进行了耐磨损性能和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随模具预热温度从300℃增加至500℃,锻压速度从20 mm/s增加至35 mm/s,或锻压温度从950℃增至1150℃,不锈钢内齿圈的耐磨损性能和冲击性能均先提高后下降。不锈钢内齿圈的模具预热温度优选为480℃、锻压温度优选为1050℃、锻压速度优选为32 mm/s。 The forging experiments of Xl 0CrNiMoTil 8-12 stainless steel inner gear ring were done by using different die preheating temperatures, forging temperatures and forging speeds. And the wear resistance and the impact properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of die preheating temperature from 300℃ to 500 ℃, forging speed from 20 mm/s to 35mm/s, or forging temperature from 950 ℃ to 1150 ℃, the wear resistance and impact properties of the stainless steel inner gear ring improve firstly and then descend. For the stainless steel inner gear ring, the optimized die preheating temperature is 480℃, the optimized forging temperature is 1050 ℃, and the optimized forging speed is 32 mm/s.
