摘要
介绍了一种深孔薄壁铝合金外壳体件的等温挤压成形工艺的优化设计与模具设计,比较了两种工艺的特点和经济性。结果表明:采用等温挤压成形工艺提高了原材料的利用率,降低了原材料成本,提高了后序机械加工效率。
Optimization design and die design of isothermal extrusion forming process of a deep hole and thin wall aluminum alloy outer shell body were introducod. The characteristics and economical efficiency of the two processes were compared. The results show that adopting isothermal extrusion technology improves the utilization of raw materials, roduces the cost of raw materials, and improves the machining efficiency of the post sequence.
