冷拔变形量对Ni80Cr20无缝管显微组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过对Ni80Cr20锻造坯料进行挤压-冷拔-扩孔变形而获得无缝管,而后对Ni80Cr20无缝管进行不同变形量的冷轧变形,研究了不同轧制变形量对Ni80Cr20无缝管显微组织的影响。结果表明:挤压后的Ni80Cr20荒管具有单相奥氏体组织,且存在少量碳化物;荒管经冷拔-扩孔-固溶处理后获得Ni80Cr20无缝管,其奥氏体晶粒明显长大,碳化物基本溶解于基体中;Ni80Cr20无缝管在不同的冷轧变形后,随冷轧变形量的增加,显微组织呈明显的纤维化特征,经固溶处理后,其再结晶晶粒变小,获得了细小均匀的奥氏体组织。 Ni80Cr20 forging billets were subjected to extruding-cold drawing- bearizing, and the seamless pipe was obtained. And then cold rolling with different deformation of Ni80Cr20 seamless pipe was carried out. The effect of cold rolling deformation on the microslructure of NiSOCr20 seamless pipe was studied. The results show that: NiSOCr20 crude pipes have single-phase austenite and a small amount of carbide after extrusion; NiSOCr20 crude pipe is rolled into seamless pipe, which anstenite grains grow significantly and carbides substantially are dissolved in the matrix after cold drawing-bearizing-solution treatment; after different cold rolling, with the increase of cold rolling deformation, the microstructure of Ni80Cr20 seamless pipe is obviously characterized by fibrosis and the recrystallized grains becomes smaller after solution treatment, and small homogeneous austenite are obtained.
