摘要
U形连接板对汽车车架强度、可靠性影响较大。运用正交试验方法对某汽车车架U形连接板进行了不同工艺参数的热冲压试验,对试验结果进行了分析,研究了不同冲压速度、保压时间、摩擦系数等工艺参数对U形连接板热冲压工艺和回弹特性的影响,获得了U形连接板最佳热冲压工艺参数:冲压速度20 mm/s、保压时间5 s、摩擦系数0.1。
The influence of the U-shape connecting plate on the strength and reliability of the automobile frame is great. The hot stamping test of different technological parameters of the U-shaped connecting plate of an automobile frame was carried out by using the orthogonal test method. The test results were analyzed. The effects of different stamping speeds, holding time and friction coeftieients on the hot stamping processes and springback characteristics of U-shaped connecting plate were researched. Optimum hot stamping process parameters of U-shape connecting plate were obtained, which is stamping speed of 20mm/s, holding time of 5s and friction coefficient of 0.1.
