摘要
针对某H13钢液态模锻模具出现的裂纹问题,对其宏观形貌和金相组织进行了观察,对钢的成分和模具硬度进行了检测。研究了裂纹产生的原因,并提出了解决方案。
Aiming at the crack problem of the liquid die forging die for H13 steel,the macro-morphologies and microstmcture of the creek were observed, and the composition of the steel and the hardness of the die were tested. The causes of crack were studied and the solution was proposed.
