摘要
根据分子结构设计原理,用丙烯酸单体(AA)直接聚合得到分子质量适中的聚合物PAA,然后与甲氧基聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)进行酯化接枝反应,合成了一种适应性优良、具有良好分散性和分散保持性的新型酯类聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-2)。分析了合成过程中引发剂用量、链转移剂用量、MPEG分子质量、催化剂用量、酸醚比等对PCE-2分散性能的影响。通过红外光谱、凝胶色谱和化学滴定等对接枝共聚物进行分析表征。
According to the principle of molecular structure design,this paper chose the acrylic monomer (AA) to directly synthesize polymer PAA with suitable molecular weight. Then an estefification grafting reaction between PAA and methoxy polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether (MPEG) was occurred to form a novel estefifiable polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE-2) with good adaptability,great disperse performance and dispersion retaining ability. We analyzed the effect of the dosage of initia- tors, chain transfer agents, molecular weight of MPEG, the dosage of catalyst,the ratio of acid and ether on the disperse performance of PCE-2. We analyzed and characterized the graft copolymer by infrared spectroscopy, gel chromatography and chemical titration.
