我国外贸以质取胜战略实施问题及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 我国外贸实施以质取胜战略20多年来,货物贸易进出口和出口额居世界第一,但我国只是贸易大国,还不是贸易强国。"十三五"期间,我国外贸正处于创新驱动、转型升级、提质增效的关键时期。分析我国外贸以质取胜战略实施中存在的问题,提出微观层面外贸企业要将提高质量贯穿到每个环节,宏观层面各级政府要以供给侧结构性改革为契机做好园区的"加减乘除",同时要加强质量考评引导,努力在品牌和标准两大关键问题上实现突破,有效推进以质取胜战略全面深入实施,加快由贸易大国迈向贸易强国。 We followed the quality strategy of foreign trade for more than 20 years, and the import and export of goods trade has been the first in the world. But China is still a major trading nation, not a power trading nation. During the 13th five - year plan, the foreign trade of our country is in a critical period of innovation, transformation and upgrading. Analyzing the problems of implementation of the quality strategy, has put forward the foreign trade enterprises should improve the quality throughout every link on the macro level. Governments at all levels should take the supply - side structural reform as an opportunity to do the parks' "add, subtract, multiply and divide". In the meantime, we should strengthen the quality evaluation guide, and strive to achieve a breakthrough in two key problems of brand and standards, effectively promote the comprehensive and in - depth im- plementation of quality strategy, to speed up the major trading nation to a power trading nation.
