Du Jianmin's Clinical Experience in Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease From Spleen Theory

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是我国常见的消化系统疾病,杜建民主任医师认为其病位虽在肝,但不离于脾。饮食失节、劳逸失度为NAFLD的发生的始动因素,脾虚导致运化失职、转输失司,伴随气、湿、痰、瘀,致膏浊结聚于肝是NAFLD发生的主要机制。治疗上当以理脾为中心,藉健脾以和肝,随证结合理气、祛湿、化痰、活血等方法治之,达到化浊消积的目的。

Prof. Du Jianmin holds the view that Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD） is located in the liver,it is also closely associated with the spleen. Not only improper diet but also maladjustment of work and rest are the initiating factors for the occurrence of NAFLD. Accompanied by qi-stagnation,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis,spleen deficiency leads to transformation failure and transfusion disorder. The goal of the treatment is reducing fatty deposits to relieve clinical symptoms and alleviate the injury of liver,or even cure NAFLD.
