摘要 针对露天深孔岩石爆破产生的粉尘量大且易扩散问题,研究了一种爆破粉尘捕捉吸附技术。首先基于顺义露天采石场的深孔岩石爆破工程进行爆破粉尘扩散规律试验,确定降尘方案;然后通过水雾爆破试验研究出雾效果最佳的爆破技术;最后依据2次试验研究结果进行降尘试验,分析采集的粉尘样本并对比有、无水雾降尘措施的除尘效果。试验结果表明:在露天深孔岩石爆破作业中,爆破粉尘捕捉吸附技术将降尘率提高了84%以上,降尘效果明显。 In order to solve the problem of large amount of dust and easy diffusion in open-pit deep hole rock blasting,a blasting dust collection-adsorption technology was studied.Firstly,based on deep hole rock blasting engineering in Shunyi opencast quarry,dust diffusion regulation test was carried out to determine dust reduction scheme.Secondly,the best fog effect of blasting technology was studied by water mist blasting test.Finally,according to the results of two experimental dust suppression tests,dust samples were collected and compared with or without dust under the dust reduction measures.The results show that the blasting dust collection-adsorption technology can increase the dust removal rate by more than 84%in the deep hole rock blasting operation,and the dust reduction effect is obvious.
