城区河道现状及生态治理途径分析

Analysis on Current Situation and Ecological Improvement of Urban Rivers

指出了目前我国城市河道普遍存在污染较为严重、水体水质较差、河水流动性差等问题。在系统分析了城市河道水环境问题根源的基础上,提出了贯彻落实"河长制"、加强污染源控制、坚持生态理念、建立长效机制、加强宣传教育等治理途径。以期建设功能丰富的良性城区河道生态体系,有力支撑区域经济的发展。

At present, there is widespreadproblemslike serious pollution, poor water quality, poor water mobility in China＇s urban rivers. In this article, we analyzed the root causes of urban river water environment problemssystematically, then put forward the improvement measures tosolve the problems, including implementing the ＂Hezhang system＂（party chiefs at all levels as ＂people in charge＂, responsible for river pollution control in the area）, strength- enirlg the control of pollution sources, persisting in ecological concepts, establishing long--term mechanism and strengthening publicity and edueationetc. We hoped to set up anonmalignantecological system of urban rivers withrich functions to strongly support the development of local economy.
