丁苯橡胶生产废水预处理技术

Pretreatment Technology of Wastewater from Styrene Butadiene Rubber Production

指出了丁苯橡胶生产过程中产生的工业废水有机污染物浓度高、可生化性差,常规的生化处理难以满足排放标准要求,在生化处理前需要预处理。对现行的几种预处理技术进行了分类概述,分析了各种预处理技术的优缺点和适用情况。以期通过预处理减轻后续生化处理负荷,为确保废水达标排放提供参考。

This paper pointed out that the industrial wastewater from production process of styrene--butadiene rubber has very complex composition with high COD, and ispoor in biodegradability. Conventional biochemical treatment is difficult to meetthe requirement of discharge standard, so it is necessary to pretreat the wastewater before the biochemical treatment. We classified the existing several kinds of pretreatment technology, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of pretreatment technology and applicable conditions.
