摘要
通过对传统污水提升泵房的缺点进行分析研究,结合工程现状,进行实验模拟和分析,实现一体化污水泵站的最佳布置形式,优化水泵水力设计和泵体设计,创新设计泵站系统控制,并通过一系列工程的实际应用,形成一套成熟的一体化污水泵站系统,为城中村、老城区以及偏远农村等地势低洼,不易接管的特殊地区提供有效的污水提升手段。
By the analytical investigation on disadvantages of traditional sewage-lifting pump stations and through experimental simulation and analysis based on current engineering conditions, this paper realizes the best arrangement of integrated sewage pump stations, optimizes the hydraulic design of pump as well as design of pump structure, designs innovatively the system control of pump stations, forms a matured system of integrated sewage pump stations through a series of practical engineering applications and thus provides an effective sewage lifting manner for special areas with low terrain and without easy piping connection such as villages in the city, old towns and remote rural areas.
