民族类高校化工专业学生工程实践能力培养的探索研究

Exploration of the Cultivation for the Engineering Practical Ability of CET Students in University for Nationalities

针对民族类高校化工专业学生工程实践能力培养体系中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方法。通过对人才培养定位、教育理念、人才培养模式和师资队伍等方面进行改革,使工程实践能力培养贯穿于整个教学过程,以取得了强化学生工程实践能力的效果。

Solutions were suggested for the problems during the cultivation for the engineering practical ability of students majoring in Chemical Engineering and Technology（CET） of university for nationalities. Through reformation of the orientation and mode of talent cultivation, educational ideas, as well as teaching staff, the training of engineering practical ability was throughout the whole teaching process, and thus the student’s engineering practical ability was strengthened.
