摘要
工匠精神是一种职业态度和精神理念,更是一种价值观。在高职教育中培养学生的工匠精神,是中国经济转型升级发展的需要,是企业、高职院校生存发展的需要,也是高职学生个人发展的需要。本文结合茂职院化学工程系人才培养方案以及专业教学实践多种方式,探讨了"工匠精神"培养的必要性和可行性。
Craftsmanship is a professional attitude and spirit of the concept, but also a value. To cultivate the spirit of artisans in higher vocational education is the need of economic transformation and upgrading and development of enterprises in China. It is also the need of the development of enterprises and vocational colleges. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of ＂artisan spirit＂ in combination with the talent cultivation program and professional teaching practice of the Department of Chemical Engineering
