超声-高温诱导茶薪菇厚垣孢子育种研究

摘要 以茶薪菇SM(三明原株)、At103(退化株)2种菌株分离出的厚垣孢子为新型育种材料,采用超声波-高温复合处理,比较各处理间菌丝长势及出菇情况,探讨茶薪菇厚垣孢子诱导育种的可行性。结果表明:超声-高温处理对厚垣孢子育种具有明显促进作用,以超声波300 W、15min,复合40℃高温处理6h效果较好,其中S3菌株增产29.6%。退化不出菇菌株厚垣孢子诱导后可分化形成子实体,生物转化率30%。 Chlamydospores of Agrocybe aegerita Huang isolated from two strains SM and At103 were used as new materials to study the feasibility of inducing breeding.After ultrasonic-high temperature treatments of chlamydospores.Mycelium growing and fruiting among different processing were compared.The results showed that ultrasonichigh temperature treatments had obvious promotion effect on inducing breeding,the best effect was under the conditions of 300Wultrasonic+15minutes,40℃+6hours,the induced dominant strains S3 increased yield by29.6%,and with the inducing treatments of chlamydospores,the undifferentiated strain could form fruiting bodies again,the biological conversion rate could reach 30%.
