大田生产中氮肥胁迫对五味子木脂素类成分的影响

摘要 以五味子为试材,研究五味子大田生产中连续2年氮肥胁迫对五味子药材木脂素类成分的影响。结果表明:12个不同采收期、4个氮肥处理水平下,采集了共45份样品中6种木脂素成分含量,氮肥处理3(分别于2013年5月中旬和7月上旬施氮肥0.336、0.672kg·m^(-2))对五味子醇甲、醇乙、酯甲、甲素、乙素、丙素和6种成分总含量的积累均有促进作用;氮肥处理组2(分别于2013年5月中旬和7月上旬施氮肥0.084、0.168kg·m^(-2))对五味子醇乙、甲素和6种成分总含量的积累有促进作用。研究发现大田生产中氮肥施用范围在0.084~0.672kg·m^(-2)对五味子木脂素成分积累均有一定的促进作用,且高氮肥处理下积累作用较强。 Taking Schisandra chinensis as test material,the effect of field production nitrogen fertilizer stress on the effective components of lignans contents of Schisandra chinensis fruits in the two years were studied.The results showed that the contents of six lignans in 45 samples at 12 different harvesting periods and 4levels of nitrogen fertilizer treatment,nitrogen fertilizer treatment 3(applying nitrogenous fertilizer 0.336,0.672kg·m^-2in mid-May and early-July in 2013)was to the benefit of the schisandrin,schisandrol B,schisantherin A,deoxyschisandrin,schisandrin B,schisandrin C and the sum of the 6components.And treatment 2(applying nitrogenous fertilizer 0.084,0.168kg·m^-2 in mid-May and early-July in 2013)was to the benefit of the schisandrol B,deoxyschisandrin and the sum of the 6components.The constituent accumulation of lignans could be promoted by nitrogen fertilizer in the range of 0.084-0.672kg·m^-2.And high nitrogen fertilizer treatment obviously had accumulation of lignans with S.chinensis(Turcz) Baill.
