化肥减量生物有机复合肥对莴笋产量和品质的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Chemical Fertilizer Reduced and Bioorganic Compound Fertilizer Improved on the Yield and Quality of Lettuce

摘要 以莴笋为试材,采用田间试验和室内分析相结合方法研究了在化肥减量施用的条件下,生物有机复合肥对莴笋产量和品质的影响。结果表明:通过化肥减量施用,并增施生物有机复合肥能显著提高莴笋的株高、茎长、茎粗和单株鲜质量,并能显著提高莴笋产量。同时,随着化肥用量减少,生物有机复合肥施用量增加,莴笋茎和叶的蛋白质、维生素C、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量显著增加,莴笋茎和叶硝酸盐含量显著减少。 Taking lettuce as test material,a field plot experiment was carried out,the effect of the condition of reducing fertilizer application on the influence of the biological organic fertilizer on yield and quality of lettuce was studied.The results showed that,by reducing fertilizer application and increasing biological organic compound fertilizer could significantly improve the lettuce plant height,width,length,fresh weight per plant and the yield of lettuce.And the contents of protein,vitamin C,soluble sugar,amino acid of lettuce stems and leaves increased significantly,the content of nitrate in lettuce stems and leaves significantly reduced.
