护胃汤治疗残胃炎疗效观察

目的:观察护胃汤治疗残胃炎的临床疗效。方法:79例随机分为治疗组51例与对照组28例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予护胃汤治疗,均治疗3个月。结果:总有效率治疗组92.2%、对照组75.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护胃汤治疗残胃炎疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on residual gastritis treated with Huwei Decoction. Method： 79 cases were divided into treatment group and control group in random. 28 cases were given conventional western medicine treatment as the control group while 51 cases were treated with Huwei Decoction as the treatment group. All the patients were treated for 3 months. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.2% while that of the control group was 75%, which showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Huwei Decoction is satisfactorv.
