摘要
针对某抽水蓄能电站首台机组调试阶段机组推力轴承镜板泵不能建压的问题,分析了可能产生的原因。在此基础上,测量了开机过程和额定转速情况下镜板泵流量和出口压力,分别采用短时傅里叶变换和傅里叶变换对压力信号进行分析,指出不同工况下镜板泵出口压力脉动的主频主要表现为泵孔通过频率,且镜板泵在中高转速下存在压力和流量不稳定区,应引起足够注意。
In order to solve problem of pressure establishment failure of thrust [)earing turbine pump on first unit commissioning of a certain pumped storage power station, possible reasons were analyzed. Based oil the commissioning, 1)ressure fluctuation and flow rate have been measured under conditions of unit speed stepping up and rated speed condi tion. Short time Fourier transform and Fourier transform have been employed separately on pressure signals under differ ent conditions. The measurements show that the main frequency of pressure fluctuation is pump access passing frequen cy; under medium and high speed, there is an unstable operation zone with low pressure and flow rate, which should be further studied by researchers and more attention should he paid by maintenance and operation staff.
