草街水电站~#1水轮机组推力环裂纹原因分析

摘要 草街水电站~#1机组停机检修时,发现推力环焊缝出现裂纹,为分析原因,对机组进行了推力锥应变、顶盖振动与顶盖压力脉动的现场试验。结果表明,机组长期在振动较大的小于50%额定负荷的负荷范围运行(尤其是25%额定负荷附近)是造成推力环焊缝出现裂纹的主要原因。因此,建议机组应尽量在大于50%额定负荷的负荷范围运行。 Cracks on thrust collar of No. 1 unit for Caojie hydropower plant were found during its maintenance. In order to find out the cause, site test/or measuring strain of thrust collar, vibration and pressure pulsation of head cover was carried out. A detailed analysis on the test data was conducted in this paper. As a result, it was found that the cracks on thrust collar of No. 1 unit were mainly caused by the long time running at small load less than 50% rated load (espe- cially around 25% rated load) ~ the pressure pulsation and vibration was very violent at small load range. Additionally, the unit should running at large load more than 50% rated load as fully as possible.
