基于生态足迹法的南阳市水资源可持续利用分析

Evaluation of Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Nanyang by Ecological Footprint Method

以南水北调中线工程渠首南阳市为例,采用水资源生态足迹法分析了南阳市2006~2013年水资源基本情况,进而评价了南阳市水资源可持续利用状况。结果表明,在2006~2013年间,南阳市人均水资源生态足迹和万元GDP生态足迹总体呈下降趋势,二者分别下降了26.6%和64.71%,且人均万元GDP耗水量低于全国平均水平20%左右,说明通过近年来的综合治理,在提高用水效率方面已取得了较显著的成效;南阳市连续多年出现水资源生态赤字或接近赤字,2013年人均水资源生态赤字已达0.122hm2,水资源总体上还处于不可持续使用状态。

Taking Nanyang City,the origin of the medium route project of South-to-North water diversion for an example,ecological footprint method was used to analyze the variation characteristics of water resources during 2006-2013.And then sustainable utilization of water resources was evaluated.The results show that the trend of the water resources per capita ecological footprint and the water resources ecological footprint per 104 yuan GDP of the Nanyang declined during 2006-2013,and they decreased 26.6% and 64.71%,respectively.Water resources ecological footprint per 104 yuan GDP of the Nanyang is about 20% below of the national average,which demonstrate that we have achieved good effect for improving efficiency of water consumption through the comprehensive governance in recent years.But we must know that the water resources of Nanyang are ecological deficit for several years,and it has reached 0.122hm2 in 2013.The use of water resources is unsustainable.
