摘要
鉴于流变参数与坍落度的关联性,引入流变参数成为量化分析坍落度损失的有效途径。利用正交试验方法分析了浆骨比、减水剂和砂率3种混凝土配合比参数与混凝土拌合状态流变参数(屈服强度和粘度)经时变化及坍落度损失的相互关系,验证了屈服强度和粘度可表征坍落度损失,明确了配合比参数对坍落度损失的影响程度,并确定砂率为44%、减水剂为1.2%、浆骨比为0.42为最合理的配合比。
Based on the relevance of rheological parameters and slump,the introduction of quantitative analysis on the rheological parameters is an effective way for analyzing the slump loss.The orthogonal experiment method was used to analyze the relationship between plaste-aggregate ratio,water reducer,sand coarse aggregate rate and concrete mixing state rheological parameters(yield stress and viscosity)ongoing change and the slump loss.It demonstrates that the slump loss can be characterized by the yield strength and viscosity.The impact of mixed ratio parameter on the slump loss is obtained,and the most reasonable mixed ratio is with 44%sand coarse aggregate rate,1.2% water reducing agent and0.42plaste-aggregate ratio.
