摘要
采用类似于粉未冶金工艺制备了Ba2 Ti9O2 0 /PTFE高频基片复合材料。通过DSC研究PTFE的结晶行为 ,运用SEM及三点弯曲法分析了组织结构特征及力学性能。结果表明 :Ba2 Ti9O2 0 的加入提高了PTFE的结晶温度 ;其粒子均匀分散在PTFE树脂基体中 ,随其含量的增加 ,复合材料的抗弯强度、弹性模量单调升高 ,当其含量达到 30 % (体积分数 )时两项性能均达到峰值 ,分别为 16 .4MPa、4 .6GPa。
PTFE based composites reinforcd by fine microwave dielectric ceramic Ba 2Ti 9O 20 have been prepared using power metallurgy technology. The crystallization behavior of PTFE, microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were investigated using DSC, SEM and three point bending methods respectively. The results indicate: addition of Ba 2Ti 9O 20 ceramic particle elevated the crystallization temperature of PTFE,Ba 2Ti 9O 20 ceramic particle was uniformly dispersed within PTFE matrix. As Ba 2Ti 9O 20 content increased, the flexural strength and elastic modulus of the composite increased and reached the maximum values, 16.4 MPa, 4.6 GPa, respectively in 30vol% Ba 2Ti 9O 20 /PTFE.
