摘要
文章研究国内公共图书馆读者信用管理模式,旨在提升读者信用水平和公共图书馆管理水平。利用互联网调研的方式,对上海图书馆、晋城市图书馆、温州市图书馆和西宁市图书馆的读者信用管理实践进行分析研究,梳理归纳我国公共图书馆读者信用管理的模式。我国公共图书馆读者信用管理模式可从信用数据来源和信用数据使用范围等两个角度进行研究,最后提出重视读者信用管理,将读者信用纳入个人征信系统,读者信用应与回报相匹配,对读者失信行为进行划分等建议。
A study is conducted on reader credit management models of Chinese public library,aiming to improve the reader credit and the management of public library in China. With an online survey of the reader credit management in Shanghai Library,Jincheng Library,Wenzhou Library and Xining Library,this paper sums up the models of reader credit management in Chinese public libraries which could be examined from two aspects:the source and the application scope of credit data. The author proposes that importance should be attached to reader credit management, reader credit should be included into personal credit information system, and readers' dishonesty should be differentiated.
