基于产业协调发展的集镇空间整合实证研究——以长沙地区为例

Research on the Integration of Towns Based on Industrial Coordinated Development——Taking Changsha Area as an Example

推进空间整合是促进产业协调发展的必然选择。长沙集镇空间发展的集约程度和质量不高,产业发展不协调,亟待加大地区空间的整合力度,具有较大的研究价值。对长沙市域130个集镇进行调研,将其按照规模、特色进行分类标注。选取29个能较完整体现单个集镇发展情况和发展动力的主要指标,运用SPSS软件进行主成分分析和快速聚类分析,将集镇分为4类并标注。将集镇的规模、特色、聚类图标叠加,根据其空间分布,进行两次整合。一次整合围绕长沙市中心城区,在东、西、北片各形成一块整合区域,二次整合围绕一次整合地区环绕展开。利用简化后的空间引力模型分别计算两次整合中各整合区域的重点发展集镇,结合产业发展现状确定各整合地区产业协调发展方向。

Promoting spatial integration is the inevitable choice to promote the coordinated development of industry. The intensity and quality of spatial development in Changsha city is not high, and the industrial development is imbalance, so it is urgent to strengthen the integration of regional space, which has great research value. Investigated the 130 towns in Changsha city, classified and labelled these towns according to the scale, characteristics. Selected 29 main indexes which can reflect the development situation and the development power of a single town, and analysied the principal components and clustered with SPSS software. Divided these towns into 4 categories and marked. Superimposed the figs of the town scale, characteristics, clustering, and then divided the towns into two integration according to its spatial distribution. Once integration around the central city of Changsha, and the twice integration around the once. Then calculated the key areas of each integration region by the simplified spatial gravity model. Find out the direction of the industry by combinning with the current situation of industrial development.
