长江流域种植业生产结构的区域差异及转型升级

The Regional Differences and Transformation and Upgrading of Production Structure of Crop Farming in Yangtze River Basin

借助动态偏离份额分析法和农业要素禀赋结构指数,利用2004—2014年的统计数据,分析长江流域种植业生产结构区域差异及其主要影响因素,在此基础上探讨长江流域种植业生产结构转型升级的思路。结果表明:长江流域种植业生产结构和种植业内部生产结构均表现出明显的区域差异;各省市种植业发展极不平衡,无论是种植业整体还是种植业内部都面临着生产结构调整优化和提高区域竞争力的双重压力,长江流域种植业发展已处于亟需转型升级的重要节点;农业要素禀赋结构的区域差异,是形成各省市种植业及其内部生产结构区域差异的主要原因。最后,基于新结构经济学视角提出长江流域种植业生产结构转型升级的具体思路。

Relying on dynamic shift-share method and structure index of agricultural factor endowment, using statistical data of 2004-2014, the paper analyzes regional difference of production structures of crop farming in Yangtze River basin as well as its main influencing factors. A further discussion is followed on the transformation and upgrading of production structure of crop faming in this region. The result indicates a significant regional difference in production structure as well as internal s^ucmre of crop farming in Yangtze River Basin. A highly imbalance in the development of crop fanning exists among provinces. Both crop farming as a whole and crop farming itself are facing a dual pressure of adjustment and optimization of production structure and improvement of regional competitiveness. Crop farming in Yangtze River Basin has already been at the crucial node of transformation and upgrading. It is regional differences of agricultural factor endowment structure that causes regional differences of crop fanning and its inner production structure among provinces and cities. Lastly a development strategy on transformation upgrading of production structure of crop farming in Yangtze River Basin is put forward based on the perspective of new structure economics.
